About the Owner
 Jaime is a 3rd Generation Classical Pilates instructor registered with Classical Pilates.net. To recieve this honor one must be approved by a direct lineage 2nd Generation instructor and must meet the requirements of a Classical Pilates approved program. Jaime White has taught in Manhattan and Philadelphia since completing her certification and has taught post rehab clients to the competitive athletes ranging from 13 to 84 years of age. She has helped her clients achieve their personal goals whether it's a more efficient golf swing, less aches and pains, strength , flexibility, weight goals or overall better health.

Being located in Downtown Plymouth, Core Sport conveniently services clients from Canton, Novi, Livonia, Northville, South Lyon, Saline, Ann Arbor and only 25 minutes from downtown Detroit.
