           Core Sport Pilates Fitness Studio of Plymouth is a personalized fitness gym that tailors to our clients

           fitness goals starting with core strength and working outward. Located in Downtown Plymouth,

           Michigan - Core Sport is proud to service clients from all over Southeastern Michigan including

           Livonia, Northville, Canton, Novi, Saline, South Lyon and Ann Arbor. Core Sport utilizes Authentic

           PilatesTM and contemporary full body training methods to make sure each client reaches their fitness

           goals. Core Sport uses a combination of free weights, resistance bands, Keiser Pneumatic

           Resistance System, and medicine balls as the foundation for our training program. In our program we

           will never let you plateau – we will always keep your workouts dynamic.

Core Sport Trainers train the body as a complete unit, not broken down into isolated body parts, giving

our clients the most efficient workout for overall strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio endurance.

Core Sport combines USPA New York trained professionals emphasizing Authentic PilatesTM

training with functional personal training specific to the needs and goals of our clients. Core Sport is

the only New York Authentic PilatesTM studio in Southeast Michigan offering Gratz Pilates Equipment -

the highest quality apparatus available in the industry.
