"I had heard from several friends that Pilates was a great way to get in shape and slim and tone your body. Having never tried Pilates before, I went to Core Sport Pilates Fitness in January for my introductory lesson with a bit of hesitation. After an hour with Jaime, I was hooked and have been going twice a week ever since. She has incorporated both Pilates and personal training into my workout and I am well on my way to achieving my goals. Each workout varies in activity but they are all challenging and rewarding. After having two children, I feel stronger, healthier and am more physically fit than I have ever been. I have also had several massage therapy sessions with Lindsay.
